Crafted from the richly-grained wood of acacia, this Steak Serving Board features a built-in groove along the rim to catch loose juices and is perfect for serving from the barbecue straight to the dinner table. Please Note: This serving board bears its own unique grain, and therefore, your product may slightly vary from the images above. Care & Use: After each use, rinse with a wet sponge using hot water and a little mild dishwashing liquid then towel dry. Never soak your board in water or place in the dishwasher. Do not use a steel brush or steel wool on the board's surface. Do not allow moisture of any type to stand on the board for long periods of time. Do not let fresh, wet meats lay on the block for longer than necessary. Both sides of the board are designed to be used so turn it over periodically to allow even usage to both surfaces.
