Riscio lamp by Joe Colombo from 1967 has a light, friendly, and modern design, with the triangle shade that seems to fluctuate over the cylindrical base. Riscio comes in three timeless colors: dark red, white and night blue, to fit in many environments, from private houses to public spaces. It projects a rather strong light and comes with an integrated touch dimmer at the top. ‘Riscio’ is the Italian word for "rickshaw", and the lamp was a nod to Colombo's heritage and Asian culture. Italian icon, Joe Colombo (1930-1971) believed in democratic and functional design. He created flexible and transformable piece of furniture that could be used in many different ways, to the benefit of the user.
